LMK04101SQE/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1.08GHz.
