As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V.
