LMK03033ISQ/NOPB Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source.
