LMK03002ISQX/NOPB Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. 1.724GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 3.15V~3.45V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
