LMK03002ISQ/NOPB Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.724GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 3.15V~3.45V supply voltage, it will work. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with LVPECL logic levels. A Clock Conditioner is a classification for the electronic part in question. You can find related electrical components to the base part number LMK03002. There is an available 48 pin on the PLL. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency.
