As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
