Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 1.296GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.15V~3.45V.
