LMK02002ISQX/NOPB Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
