LMK02000ISQ/NOPB Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied.
