LMK01020ISQX/NOPB Overview


The clock divider is packaged in a 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad case. In case Tape & Reel (TR), the cut smart buffer is available. Normal operation has a maximum value of 1.6GHz. A total of 48 terminations can be found in it. Using a supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. Electronic components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Divider fall into this category. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The clock switch should operate with a voltage of 3.15V~3.45VV. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. It has a number of pins of 48. Its output is LVPECL.
