Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. The pins on this board total to 14 in total. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 3V. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier. The buffer op amp includes 14 pins. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 1mV voltage.
