LM92CIM Overview


In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tube. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. A proper operation of this sensor requires 8 pins. This electronic part contains 8 terminations. Sensors with analog inputs should have 625μA current flowing from the GND terminal. In nominal terms, this sensor can supply 350μA current. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 10μA for optimal performance. A sensor's voltage output should generally be 400mV.
