LM61BIM3/NOPB Overview


Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 3 pins. 3 terminations are present in this electronic part. Analog sensors could supply 155μA current when operating. The maximum voltage that this sensor can supply should be 10V in the DC circuit. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 2.7V. For analog sensors, GND should flow with 82μA current. As a result, this sensor is capable of supplying 82μA current to operate. In general, optimum performance requires a sensor to output 10mA. A sensor should typically output a voltage of 850mV.
