LM50BIM3/NOPB Overview


As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Cut Tape (CT). To protect the analog sensors from damage, the devices are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. In order for this sensor to function properly, it has 3 pins. This electronic component contains 3 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 180μA when they are working. In the DC circuit, this sensor should provide the maximum voltage of 10V. A magnetic switch may provide a minimum DC voltage of 4V in a DC circuit, however. For analog sensors, GND should flow with 130μA current. As a result, the sensor will not work if 130μA current is supplied to it. The sensor's current output should generally be 10mA for optimum performance. Generally, the sensor should produce a voltage of 12.6V.
