LM45CIM3X/NOPB Overview


Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 3. The electronic part has 3 terminations. The maximum voltage that this sensor can supply should be 10V in the DC circuit. A magnetic switch in a DC circuit can supply a voltage of 4V. When using analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 120μA. As a general rule, the sensor's current output should be 10mA if optimal performance is to be achieved.
