LM317MDTRKG Overview
A Cut Tape (CT) case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. Packaging of the Liner regulator IC takes the form of a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 case. On the Linear IC itself, there are 2 terminations. Adjustable is the Voltage Regulator Chip's output type. In this electrical part, there are 1 regulators that are implemented. Surface Mount can be adjusted in the Linear IC in order to vary the temperature range over which Linear Regulator operates. The IC Regulator is set to operate at 0°C~125°C TJ degrees.
