LM20CIM7/NOPB Overview


The analog sensors are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT) for safety reasons. It is important to protect analog sensors by packaging them in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. To operate properly, the sensor has pins 5. It contains 5 terminations. DC circuits containing this sensor should be able to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. However, the minimum voltage that this magnetic switch can supply in the DC circuit is 2.7V. Sensors with analog inputs should have 4.5μA current flowing from the GND terminal. To work, this sensor requires 4.5μA current. In general, optimum performance requires a sensor to output 10mA.
