LM20BIM7/NOPB Overview


For safety reasons, analog sensors are packaged in the Cut Tape (CT). To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packages. The sensor has a pin count of 5 for proper operation. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it has 5 terminations. This sensor provides a maximum voltage of 5.5V in a DC circuit. It is important to note, however, that this magnetic switch can provide a voltage of 2.7V in the DC circuit even at its minimum. GND should flow 4.5μA current to analog sensors. It is theoretically possible to supply 4.5μA current to this sensor in order for it to function. Sensors should have a current output of 10mA for optimal performance. There should be no voltage output from the sensor.
