LF398MX/NOPB Overview


There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. An op amp ic of the Sample and Hold type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. There have been a total of 14 terminations over the past year.
