LF298M/NOPB Overview


It is packaged in an 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board. The linear amplifier should be run at 15V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it. In total, the buffer amplifier consists of 14 pins. With regard to input offset voltage, instrumentation amplifier is rated at 1mV. It is recommended that this electronic component be mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. With regard to operating temperature, this op amp functions well at -25°C~85°C. As long as the supply current of the chip does not exceed 4.5mA, this op amp ic can operate.
