LF298M/NOPB Overview
It is packaged in an 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. In this case, there are 14 pins on the board.
