KT103J2 Overview
Packaged with a Bulk are NTC thermistors. A maximum operating temperature of 135°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -80°C in order to ensure reliability. A total of 2 terminations are on these NTC thermistors. In order to perform reliably, the rated temperature should be 25°C.
