ISL97519IUZ-TK Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 620kHz 1.25MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1.5A Switch. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.3V is provided. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the ISL97519 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The maximum output voltage of 25V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate.
