A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~105°C TA when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 620kHz 1.25MHz.
