ISL84782IV-T Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. There is 4:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. Electronic part bodies are injected with 16 pins. A SP4T switching circuit is used for these analog switches. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. Using the ISL84782 search parameter, you can discover variants of the switch. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 1.6V~3.6V. Integrated with DIFFERENTIAL MULTIPLEXER analog IC.
