ISL84781IRZ-T Overview


The electrical component comes in QFN packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Cut Tape. Total terminations are 16. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. When a voltage supply of 1.8V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 750mOhm. The datasheets for the 16 pins explain the functions. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 3.6V. A analog switch ic that has a cost-effective Single supply type. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 1.6V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 50nA current. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 50nA. Operating voltages of 3V are compatible with the electrical part. An environment with a temperature greater than 85°C should not be used to operate the digital switches.
