ISL84781IR Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad. The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. There is 8:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. In total, there have been 16 terminations. A 8 channel electronic part produces high-quality output.
