ISL84521IBZ-T Overview

There is 100Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 12V. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. 2V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. For this digital switch to work, 50nA current would suffice. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. You should attach at least 2V voltage if you are using dual power supply. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C. It can conduct 4-bit signals.
