ISL8103CRZ-T Overview


In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 4.75V~12.6V and has a 4.75V~12.6V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 1.5MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good which allows efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. The 40 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 5V. Searching "ISL8103" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended to use 4.75V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.25V input voltage.
