ISL5861IA Overview
There are two packages that contain it: TSSOP package and X package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3.3V volts is required. The Other Converters family of FPGA parts includes this part. In total, it has a total of 28 terminations. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. The device runs on a 3.3V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C for this module. In order to achieve -40°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -40°C. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 28 pins.
