ISL54233IRUZ-T Overview


In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel is used. 12 terminations have been made so far. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. When a voltage supply of 3V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 15Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 12 pins functions. Users shouldn't supply more than 4.6V voltage to the switch device. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. A low voltage of 2.7V should be applied to the electronic component. This multiplexer would work with 6.5μA current. If you put voltage higher than 8μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. Operating voltages of 3V are compatible with the electrical part. It is possible to transfer data over a 1.6 GHz-bandwidth. Additional features of the electronic component include: FAULT PROTECTED. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C.
