ISL54066IRUZ-T Overview


To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel is used. In total, there are 10 terminations. As a result of its 1 channels, this electronic component provides high-quality output. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 3V, it should be turned on and run. Analog switches have 1Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 10 pins, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 6.5V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 1.8V. In order to operate this switch device, it would need a current of 30nA. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 100nA. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. It is not recommended to operate the switches in an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C.
