ISL5122IHZ-T Overview


The electrical component comes in SOT-23-8 packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel is used. In total, there have been 8 terminations. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. In the case of a voltage supply of 3.3V volts, the electrical part can be powered up and run. As far as internal resistance is concerned, it has 30Ohm. To find out what the 8 pins do, please refer to the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. It is generally not recommended to supply a voltage higher than 12V to the switch device in normal circumstances. The digital multiplexer has a low cost Single supply. 2.7V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. This multiplexer would work with 100pA current. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. The digital multiplexer has SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs that can be used. Temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius should not be operated by the multiplexer. 2-bit conductivity is possible.
