ISL5122IBZ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in SOIC. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Bulk. In total, 8 terminations have occurred. An effective Single supply digital multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2.7V. The switch device would be able to operate with 100pA current. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. 2-bits are supported.
