ISL5121IHZ-T Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in SOT-23-8, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel. Total terminations are 8. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. A 3.3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 30Ohm. You can find the functions of the 8 pins in the datasheets. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analogue multiplexers of the Single supply type that are cost-effective. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2.7V. This multiplexer would work with 100pA current. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. There are SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this analog switch ic. Temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended for operation of the analogue multiplexer. It conducts in a 2-bit manner.
