ISL5120IBZ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOIC. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Bulk is used. Total terminations are 8. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 1 channels. A 3.3V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. It has an internal resistance of 30Ohm. The datasheets for the 8 pins explain the functions. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 12V to a switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Single supply type and is cost-effective. In order for the electronic part to function properly, the lowest voltage should be 2.7V. An operating current of 100pA would be sufficient for this switch device. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. Temperatures over 85°C should not be allowed for the multiplexer to operate. The switch device is capable of conducting in a 2-bit mode.
