ISL43L420IR Overview


Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. In total, there have been 16 terminations. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 1.65V voltage supply. An injection of 16 pins is performed into the body of the electrical component. Analog switches have 450mOhm internal resistance. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Multiplexer or Switches is a typical switch device. An effective Single supply digital multiplexer. An operating current of 60nA would be sufficient for this switch device. A total of SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are available on this analog switch ic. In an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C, the digital switches should not operate. The switch device is capable of conducting in a 4-bit mode. Providing the analog switch ic with electricity requires a minimum voltage of 1.1V.
