ISL43240IRZ developed by Intersil (Renesas Electronics America) is a type of low-voltage, high-performance analog switch. It is specifically designed to operate from a single +2V to +12V supply or from a ±2V to ±6V supply. It is characterized by low power consumption (5µW), low leakage currents (5nA max), and fast switching speeds (tON = 52ns, tOFF = 40ns). All these features make the ISL43240IRZ analog switch well-suited for battery-powered equipment.
