ISL43145IVZ-T Overview


The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in TSSOP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel is used. A total of 16 terminations have been recorded. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. Turning on and running the electrical part should be easy with a 5V voltage supply. A total of 16 pins are injected into the body of the electronic part. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 20Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. A voltage higher than 12V should not normally be supplied to the switches. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2V. The switch device would be able to operate with 10nA current. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 1μA, damage can occur. For this multiplexer, dual supply voltage is feasible, but it should not exceed 6V. You should attach at least 2V voltage if you are using dual power supply. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. Additional features of the electronic component include: ALSO OPERATE WITH 2V TO 12V SINGLE SUPPLY. A temperature above 85°C is not suitable for operation of the analogue multiplexer. 4-bits are supported.
