ISL43142IVZ-T Overview


As the electronic part is packed in TSSOP, international shipping is convenient. In total, there are 16 terminations. It is recommended to use 2V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. 50nA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 6V. It is recommended that you attach at least 2V to your dual power supply. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C. 4-bits are supported.
