ISL43142IRZ-T Overview
Presented in QFN, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel provides high reliability. Totally, there are 16 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 5V voltage supply. 16 pins are injected to the electronic part body. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 65Ohm. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 12V. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2V. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 50nA current. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 6VWith dual power supplies, you should attach at least 2V. In an environment with a temperature higher than 85°C, the digital switches should not operate. 4-bit operation is possible.
