ISL43112IHZ-T Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in SOT-23-5, making it easy to ship abroad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In total, 5 terminations have occurred. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. When a voltage supply of 3.3V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. There are 5 pins injected into the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 20Ohm internal resistance. Datasheets for 5 pin functions are available upon request. There is Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer like this in the world. Users shouldn't supply more than 6V voltage to the switch device. Analogue multiplexer with a Dual supply type that is cost-effective. For this digital switch to work, 15μA current would suffice. If put voltage greater than 25μA on the device, damage may be caused to the analogue multiplexer. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 6V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 1.5V. The electronic component can function from 5V. Temperatures above 85°C should not be used to operate the switches. It is able to conduct in a 1-bit way.
