ISL3177EIBZ Overview
Designed for common LEDs, this driver IC features an enhanced SOIC package.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 3.3V can operate efficiently.Wide receiver has 8 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 8-pin driver IC.As a result of optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size has been greatly reduced.It was possible to achieve a 1-bit resolution through this ic receiver.This transceiver module is designed to operate from an input voltage supply of 3.3V.An additional subcategory named Line Driver or Receivers can be created for this rf transceiver module.A 1 receiver is included.A transceiver module's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver.This integrating circuit is able to drive LEDs with an input voltage of 800μA.The transceiver's maximum supply voltage that can be applied to this IC is rated at 3.6V.For this line driver ic, a minimum supply voltage of 3V is required.
