ISL14011IRZ Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock, Crystal. An up to 30MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with LVTTL logic levels.
