International Rectifier's HEXFET power MOSFET uses advanced technology to achieve a very low on-resistance permanent zone, this advantage. Combined with the rugged equipment design of International Rectifier, International Rectifier provides designers with an extremely efficient and reliable battery and load management device.
Compared with the standard SO-8, the footprint of the TSSOP-8 package is reduced by 45%. This makes SSOP-8 ANIDEA devices suitable for applications with large space on printed circuit boards. Ultra-thin (< 12 mm) enables it to easily adapt to extremely thin environments, such as portable electronics and PCMCIA cards
