As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the LCC package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. It contains 28 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Clock is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. There is a maximum frequency of 132MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 5.25V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 4.75V to be safe. There is a 28-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. With attenuated performance, this RF synthesizer can survive at 85°C. The timing skew of this frequency synthesizer is low at 0.5 nsmax. 7 high true output enable pins are available on this clock generator.
