IDT821054APF8 Overview
For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a LQFP package. Tape & Reel (TR) packaging method is used. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines by 64 terminations. With 64 pins, it is configured. The chip is mounted to the PCB using the Surface Mount technology. It is classified as a Codecs electronic part. There is no supply voltage for it. The power supply for this device is 5V. 85°C is set as the maximum operating temperature for normal operation. Keeping the operating temperature at -40°C will maintain regular use.
