The clock divider is packaged in a TFSOP case. Tape & Reel (TR) is the form in which it is packaged. A total of 56 terminations are present. The supply voltage of 3.3V is capable of providing high efficiency. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 56 pins. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. The buffer IC belongs to the LVC/LCX/Z family. This is set to 3.6V for the maximum supply voltage. To ensure normal operation of the cut smart buffer, the supply voltage (Vsup) should always be kept above 2.7V. There are currently 8 true outputs available in the system.
