Temperatures below -40°C are required to keep it reliable. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. A member of the FCT family, this gadget is a timeing clock. In this case, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 5.25V. The circuit uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER as the input.
