IDT5T9316NLGI Overview


For normal operation, 1GHz is the maximum value. It has 52 terminations in it, which means that it is terminated. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 52. There is a cut smart buffer contained in Clock Drivers that is used for this purpose. A minimum working temperature of -40°C is required to maintain its reliability. Stable operation is enabled by the maximum operating temperature of 85°C. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 2.7V. A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. It is recommended to keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 2.3V to ensure normal operation. Power is provided by a 2.5V volt source. It is possible to have 16 true outputs.
