IDT49FCT3805PY8 Overview


As far as the case type is concerned, the cut smart buffer is available in SSOP. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. Normal operation is limited to 100MHz. It has 20 terminations. Supply voltages of 3.3V enable high efficiency. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. It has a number of pins of 20. It is contained in Clock Drivers. For maintaining reliability, it should be operated at a temperature of 0°C. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 70°C. The gadget belongs to the FCT family. There is a 3.6V maximum supply voltage set (Vsup). With a LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic IC, it works. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 3V. Power for the clock buffer comes from a 3.3V volt supply. There are currently 10 true outputs available in the system.
